About the Role
To regularly monitor subsidiary performance, strengthen integration between the organization and subsidiaries, and develop new venture, partnership and investment opportunities to ensure growth aligned with the corporate vision.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and analyzing financial and operational performance of subsidiaries
- Developing processes and models to ensure organization-subsidiary integration
- Researching, developing and managing new venture, partnership and investment opportunities
- Ensuring brand, strategy and vision alignment of subsidiaries with corporate objectives
- Coordinating project lifecycle management (from ideation to implementation and completion)
- Providing regular analysis and reports to senior management
Requirements
- Graduate from relevant university departments
- Experienced in entrepreneurship, investment, strategy, subsidiary management or similar fields
- Knowledgeable in performance analysis, business development and project management
- Strong ability to think strategically and manage multi-stakeholder structures
- Strong financial literacy
- Developed communication, negotiation and representation competencies
- Preferably experienced in subsidiary structures or investment projects
